We keep an email address
The email address you submit. No optional fields, no attribution, no session record.
This site is the public front and account-request surface for the operating Menu Items service. It collects personal data submitted through account and contact forms.

Revision 4 October 2026. This replaces all earlier versions.
The email address you choose to submit. The forms ask for nothing else: no organisation, no jurisdiction, no volume band, no message. We do not record the link you arrived through, and we run nothing that would.
Payment card details. No card number, expiry, security code or billing address entered anywhere on this site is read, transmitted or stored by us. Any card field you see is part of a simulated console and is inert.
We record no analytics events. There is no session identifier in your browser, no tracking pixel, no advertising or social script, and no third-party analytics on this site. The only record created is the email address you submit.
To reply to you, to arrange an account, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. Where you asked about a jurisdiction or a coverage gap, we use the answer to decide which provider and region work comes next.
Lead records are held while the account-request programme runs and for twelve months afterwards, then deleted. A deletion request is honoured within thirty days.
Email delivery and site hosting are handled by service providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with model providers.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and say which you want. If you are in a jurisdiction with a statutory right of complaint, you may also complain to your local authority.
This notice carries a revision date. If what we collect changes materially, the date changes and the change is described here.
The short version
The email address you submit. No optional fields, no attribution, no session record.
Card fields on this site are inert inputs in a simulated console. Nothing typed into them leaves your browser.
No analytics events, no ad pixels, no social trackers, no cross-site identifiers.
