Revision 4 October 2026

Terms of service

These terms govern use of the service and identify simulated features on this site.

Terms

The document

Revision 4 October 2026. This replaces all earlier versions.

  1. 01

    The service

Capacity, coverage and availability change without notice, no service level is offered, and no uptime commitment applies. Where a feature is described on this site as simulated, it is simulated and performs no real operation.

  2. 02

    Accounts and keys

This site does not create an account and does not issue an API key. Submitting an email address creates an account enquiry that a person answers. The console reachable from this site is a demonstration environment: it holds no data, creates no credentials, and transmits nothing you type into it.

  3. 03

    Jurisdiction and region data

The region, residency and legal-mechanism information published here describes documented law and observed infrastructure as of its stated date. It is not legal advice, it is not a compliance certification, and it does not transfer any obligation from you to us. You remain responsible for your own filings, consents and assessments.

  4. 04

    Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law of any jurisdiction you or your data are subject to, to circumvent a lawful restriction, or to submit data you are not entitled to submit. Do not attempt to make the router serve a request from a jurisdiction you are not permitted to use, or to induce a refusal bypass.

  5. 05

    Intellectual property

The site, its copy, its catalogue structure and its marks belong to OpenMenu. Model and cloud names referenced in the catalogue belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

  6. 06

    Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is, without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  7. 07

    Governing law

OpenMenu operates this site from its established principal place of business, and these terms are governed by the law of that place. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it directly and in writing.

  8. 08

    Changes

These terms carry a revision date. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, stop using the site and tell us to delete your details.
