This site creates no account, takes no card and issues no automatic key.
We reply to your account request
We will send a region guide and current coverage for the jurisdiction you named, including models that cannot be served there. Keys are issued after the account is arranged.
You point a client at the endpoint
The endpoint is OpenAI-compatible. An existing SDK, framework, or plugin needs a base-URL change; the jurisdiction header is the only addition.
Response record
Every response carries the applied policy, the number of eligible candidates, and the serving region.
No card details are requested anywhere on this site, and none are accepted. If a page appears to ask for them, it is the simulated console and the fields are inert.

We store the email address to reply. It is not shared with model providers and is deleted on request. The privacy notice describes this storage.
What if my region is not covered?
We state coverage gaps before integration. The catalogue records them, and coverage requests guide provider and region work.
